Philips LATAM forms working group on GLN

In a recent executive leadership meeting, Philips LATAM approved the formation of a working group to apply the GLN tool among the following business units:
Similarly, Vivo has formed a working group including key areas of marketing, strategic planning, customer service, and call center operations. The group met to discuss "respect to the consumer" in the application of the GLN tool.
